All fajas, waist trainers and shapewear are custom made to your unique measurements and are considered intimate apparel (underwear). For hygiene and because each piece is cut specifically for you, ALL BOUTIQUE SALES ARE FINAL — no refunds, no returns and no exchanges once your order is placed. After you order, a consultant calls you to take your measurements and confirm your style (sleeves or sleeveless, with or without bra, long or short leg). Please be available for that call; production starts once your measurements and payment are confirmed. Buy-1-get-1-free promotions are applied by your consultant on that call — no code needed — and the free piece is also made to measure. If a piece arrives damaged or clearly differs from the confirmed measurements, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a remake. Normal compression tightness, first-wear discomfort and personal preference are not defects. Recovery kits (Snatch Bag) are final sale once shipped.

Your surgery package is reserved with a non-refundable deposit. The deposit locks your quoted price and month, covers pre-operative coordination and is credited toward your total. The remaining balance is due before travel as stated in your signed contract. No refunds, credits or transfers are issued for failure to pay the balance on time; unpaid packages may be released and the deposit retained. All prices are quoted in USD. Payments are made by Zelle (or the method shown in your portal) with your full name in the memo so we can match it quickly. Your signed contract is the binding document and takes precedence over this summary.

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, including change of mind. If you need to move your month, tell us as early as possible — one reschedule is normally offered at the surgeon's and our discretion, subject to availability and any price difference. If the surgeon determines during evaluation that you are not a candidate, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the procedure; any refund of pre-paid amounts beyond the deposit follows your contract. Failing labs, undisclosed medical history or arriving with nicotine/blood-thinning medication in your system may cancel surgery without refund. No-shows for scheduled surgery, calls or measurement appointments forfeit the related payment.

The private 1:1 Surgery Insider call is $399, paid by Zelle to confirm your slot. Slots are held for 1 hour after booking; unpaid slots are released automatically. The fee is non-refundable but is fully credited toward your surgery package if you place a deposit within 30 days of the call. You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed calls or late cancellations forfeit the fee. Measurement/customization calls for boutique orders are free and included with your faja order.

Custom fajas are handmade in our Colombian factory after your measurement call. Typical production is 10–15 business days, then delivery: US shipping $30 (5–7 business days), Miami-area local delivery $35 via Uber Connect (same or next day once your faja lands in Miami), international shipping $40 (10–20 business days, duties may apply). Tracking is emailed and shown in your portal.

Curvy Gyals Aesthetics is a concierge and coordination service. We are not a medical provider and nothing on this website, in our chat, emails or calls is medical advice. All procedures are performed by independent plastic surgeons in Colombia who make the final decision on candidacy, technique and aftercare. Results vary by body, health and adherence to aftercare. Any surgery carries risk; you will review and sign informed-consent documents with your surgeon before your procedure. Always follow your surgeon's instructions over anything you read online.

Intake and progress photos you upload are stored privately and shared only with your surgical team for evaluation. We never publish a client's photos, videos or story without explicit written opt-in, and identifying features are anonymised or watermarked unless you choose otherwise. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing us.

We collect the information you give us (name, contact details, intake answers, photos, order and payment details) to provide our services, coordinate your surgery or order, and send you updates you've asked for. We use trusted providers for email, text messaging, storage and analytics; we do not sell your data. SMS / text messaging: if you provide your mobile number you may receive texts from Curvy Gyals Aesthetics about your inquiry, quote, appointments, payments, orders and recovery. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; they are shared only with our messaging provider as necessary to deliver your messages. Live-chat transcripts and website analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, referral source) help us improve the experience. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@curvygyalsaesthetics.com; legal and financial records may be retained as required by law.
