SMS Terms & Conditions
Program name: Curvy Gyals Aesthetics SMS Messaging Program.
Message types: consultation updates, surgery quote notifications, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, payment reminders, order updates, customer support — and, only for customers who separately consent to marketing, promotional offers such as surgery-retreat announcements, special offers and product updates.
How you consent: every form on our website that collects a mobile number shows two separate, optional, unchecked boxes — one for service/customer-care texts and one for promotional texts. You choose either, both or neither; entering a phone number alone does not enrol you. Forms: consultation intake (/quiz), inner-circle sign-up, boutique checkout, call booking and client-portal registration. You may also start a service conversation by texting our business number.
