Why BBL quotes vary so much
Some prices cover the surgeon's fee only. Others include anesthesia and the clinic. Very few include recovery — nursing, massages, medications, fajas, accommodation and transport — which is where most bargain trips become expensive. Your body also matters: the number of liposuction areas and whether a tummy tuck or breast work is combined changes surgical time.

The doctor, your surgery procedure and everything above — flights included — in one all-inclusive number. Only the surgery itself changes the price — the recovery experience is the same for every client, and there are no add-on invoices for massages, medications or transport.
Why we don't publish an 'average BBL price'
Because it would be a guess dressed up as a fact. A skinny BBL with two lipo areas and a BBL combined with a tummy tuck are very different operations. Your quote is built within 24 hours of the surgeon reviewing your photos, and it is locked for 48 hours so you can decide without pressure.
How payment works
A $1,000 deposit (Zelle) activates your team, portal and payment plan and locks your quoted price. The balance is due 30 days before departure on a schedule you set with your concierge. We do not partner with high-interest medical lenders.
