We collect the information you give us — name, email, mobile phone number, mailing address, intake answers, photos you choose to upload, order details and payment confirmations — to provide our concierge, boutique and recovery services, to coordinate your surgery or order, and to send you the updates you ask for. We also collect standard website analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, referral source) and live-chat transcripts to improve the experience.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we use your phone number. We use your mobile number to respond to your inquiries, coordinate your consultation, quote, booking, surgery and recovery, and to fulfil boutique orders. We only send text messages to numbers whose owner has given us express consent, as described below.
Two separate SMS programs — you choose. Every form on our website that collects a mobile number shows two separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes. Simply entering a phone number does not enrol you in text messages.
Withdrawing consent. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at once — you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages from that program. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@curvygyalsaesthetics.com. You may also ask us to update your preferences at any time by email. Opting out never affects your booking, order or portal access.
Consent records. We keep a record of each consent — the phone number, which program(s) you agreed to, the date and time, the form or page where you consented, the version of the disclosure you accepted, and any later opt-out — so we can honour your choices and prove them if asked.
Service providers. Your mobile number is processed by our text-messaging service provider (Twilio) and, where applicable, our WhatsApp provider solely to deliver the messages you requested and to process STOP/HELP replies. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your number for their own or anyone else's marketing.
Protection. Phone numbers and consent records are stored in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections and visible only to staff who need them to serve you.

We use your information to deliver and improve our services, communicate with you, process orders and payments, and meet legal obligations. We use trusted providers for email, text messaging, file storage, payments and analytics, who may process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when required by law.
Intake and progress photos are stored privately with restricted, signed access and are never made public without your separate written consent. Medical information you share is used solely to coordinate your care.
We send two kinds of email. Service emails (consultation confirmations, surgery quotes, agreements, payment receipts, booking and order updates, concierge replies, password resets) are sent as part of the services you requested. Marketing emails (surgeon Q&A replays, recovery tips, birthday gifts, boutique offers and follow-ups) are sent only to people who explicitly joined our inner circle. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your email preferences; unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately without affecting service emails. We record the date, source and page of each opt-in and opt-out, and we do not email addresses that have complained or bounced.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@curvygyalsaesthetics.com. Legal and financial records may be retained as required by law. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP (see SMS Messaging and Mobile Information) and of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
